Booking & agreement

Enquiries are confirmed by phone or email. An agreement is finalised only on confirmation from Joey's Bilpleje.

Payment

Payment is made on delivery via MobilePay, cash or bank transfer. Business customers may be invoiced by arrangement.

Liability

Joey's Bilpleje performs all work with the utmost care. Any damages are handled under Danish sale-of-goods law and standard liability insurance.

Cancellation

Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the agreed time. Later cancellation may incur a fee.
